Over the past 20 years, Mr. Engerman has had the opportunity to provide cleaning and facility management services to the private, educational and commercial real estate markets. Mr. Engerman has a keen passion for facility management and demonstrates quality leadership and supervision of his employees. He has served as Director of Housekeeping at Lynn University in Boca Raton, Florida, and for more than a decade has served as Chief Operating Officer at the Boston Renaissance Charter Public School. Mr. Engerman has a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Cambridge College, and continuously stays current with the latest cleaning and maintenance innovations by attending ongoing workshops and presentations.

Celestino has over 20 years of cleaning and supervision experience. He is involved with the day to day supervision which includes, conducting regular on-site inspections, attendance, training, daily work responsibilities and performance. Celestino establishes a clear line of communication with those in charge to ensure customer satisfaction. Celestino is a problem solver and is able execute cleaning plans for any cleaning need. He is thorough and dependable with all customers.
